ART FAIR 2023

St. Martin's High School - Hyderabad conducted an Art Fair on premise on 11th February, 2023. A plethora of art forms were on display, showcasing the versatility and beauty of shapes, patterns and figures. The participants had a lot of fun taking part in this creative and unique activity. This included: - The Colour Wheel - A basic tool for combining colours to get different shades, designed by Sir Isaac Newton - Amigurumi: The Japanese art of making woolen dolls or creatures by knitting or crochet. 'Ami' meaning 'crocheted or knitted' and 'kurumi' meaning 'wrapping' - Basic Elements of Art Lines: Straight lines and Curved Lines - Folk Art from around India - Mandala - Optical art including visual illusion - Origami: a Japanese art form of folding paper to create objects - Patterns and Perspective - Stencil Art - Shapes: Regular/Geometric and Natural/Organic - Word Art: through the combination of pictures and alphabets
